Medical Technologist

Role: Lead Clinical Recruiter, Allied Staffing Responsibilities Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Adhere to quality control procedures, troubleshoot instruments, and perform preventive maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and communicate effectively with healthcare staff. Support regulatory compliance through data collection, proficiency testing, and documentation. Assist with phlebotomy duties and support team collaboration to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain accurate records using laboratory information systems. Perform other assigned duties as necessary. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field; or certification via approved proficiency exam. 0-2 years of acute care laboratory experience. Certifications: ASCP or equivalent required. Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, quality control, troubleshooting, and safety standards.
