Electronic Banking Specialist

Job TitlePosition SummaryWith moderate supervision performs first tier operational and technical support for the E-Services Department. Responds to telephone, secure messages, and e-mail inquiries. Monitors product usage and systems operation. This includes support with Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, e-Statements, Mobile Deposits, online account opening and other electronic services. Pull daily reports to monitor system performance and monitor activities.Resolve problems within given authority by troubleshooting issues. Assists in systems configuration and maintenance. Serve as a product expert for all electronic banking services. Provide recommendations for updating department procedures and forms. Helps in training staff and members on the features and benefits of all electronic banking services.Position requires periodic written communication. The individual in this role must be proactive in identifying the root cause of an issue to ensure appropriate support and resolution is provided.Work LocationThis position is located at Corporate Headquarters in Downtown Baltimore. Incumbent will be required to report in office for this role. Upon completion of 90 days incumbent may work hybrid schedule.EducationHigh School Diploma – RequiredGeneral Education Degree (GED) – in lieu of H.S.
