Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples and families both together and individually to address a range of issues, including communication difficulties and familial conflicts.

• Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment and ongoing evaluation to ensure effective interventions.

• Addressing various concerns such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Active participation in team meetings to collaborate and integrate holistic care approaches.

• Documenting all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Providing guidance to clients and their families to facilitate coping mechanisms and positive behavioral changes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical work will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges, including:

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
