Role: This roleis responsible forreviewing collateral protection documentation and reports, handling escrow accounts for mortgage loans, andassistingwithperfectingliens on all collateralized loans. Summary of Responsibilities: Ensure all loans have proper documentation ofescrow accounts, homeowners’ insurance, county taxes, disbursementdatesand payment amounts Work with andmonitorvarious reports generated bycollateral protection insurance vendorand/orKeystoneto ensureproper charges/refunds are being posted andmaintainaccurateloan records Review and analyze loan servicing reports to ensureaccurateloan records,identifyand resolve discrepancies andmaintainquality servicing standards Maintain an awareness ofmortgage servicingrules and regulationsand state motor vehicle rulesand inform management of any procedural changes/updates Conduct monthly escrow analyses to ensureaccuratetax and insurance disbursements, account compliance, and payment adjustments. Perform loan file maintenance, including but not limited to due date changes, automatic payment transfer set up, loan modifications, skip-a-payments, payment reversals Review title documentation toidentifyand resolve title work issues to ensureaccurateandtimelylien placement with state motor vehicle agencies,dealershipsand branch/loan personnel Collaborate with branch personnel to provide loan servicing support and address servicing inquiries. Answer incoming callsand reply to emailsfrom members and staff. Assistwith quoting title fees andissuing90 daypermits to members and/or loan personnel. Process and/ormonitorGuaranteed Asset Protection (GAP)and Member’s Choice Insuranceclaims. Hours: Monday- Friday:9:00am - 5:30pm (no weekends) Remote work is availableafter threemonths (Hybrid). Experience: Oneto three years of similar or related experience. Education: Atwo-yearcollege degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
