Customer Success Associate

As an entry-level Customer Success Associate, the full-time position will assist Customer Success Managers in managing client relationships and optimizing the use of the Runwise platform, contributing to energy efficiency in buildings while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Assisting property managers and owners with the Runwise platform and addressing their unique needs Drafting and delivering savings reports, pulling customer data, and identifying trends to support Customer Success Managers Engaging directly with clients to facilitate ongoing product adoption and managing internal CRM tools for customer data hygiene Required qualifications 0-1 years of experience in Customer Success, Support, or Account Management, or a strong interest in the field Excellent social and communication skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach Strong organizational and project management skills Passion for real estate and/or energy efficiency Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required
