As a Director of Maintenance, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional care and services to our patients. About the Director of Maintenance Role: As the Director of Maintenance, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance staff in maintaining the physical plant and equipment of our center. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall maintenance of our facilities, while also providing support to our operational teams. You will be a certified expert in building maintenance, with a strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
