Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Weibo, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual and family needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, as well as individual sessions for family members, to address a variety of issues.

• Specializing in critical areas such as marital conflicts, grief and loss, sibling issues, blended family dynamics, and adjustment to life changes like separation and divorce.

• Collaborating with other health professionals to create a coordinated care plan that enhances your clients' overall well-being.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapies and methodologies to ensure high standards of clinical excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including couples, families, children, and adolescents. You will address a broad spectrum of behavioral health issues, including alcohol and substance abuse, trauma history, and interpersonal conflicts. An emphasis will be placed on creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients can express their feelings and work towards their personal goals.

Qualifications\n
