What You'll Do:
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll focus on developing existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls while achieving established activity goals.
Develop, manage, and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals using company templates.
Coordinate and ship product samples for customer evaluation.
Schedule and lead proposal and sample review meetings with customers.
Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support customer success.
Maintain accurate account records and sales activity.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
We're looking for professionals who possess:
Minimum of **2+ years of Inside Sales experience**
Minimum of **2+ years of B2B Account Management experience**
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Consultative selling and solution-based sales approach
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred
Competitive base compensation based on your B2B sales and account management experience.
Performance Incentives:
