What You'll Do:

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll focus on developing existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls while achieving established activity goals.

  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts.

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals using company templates.

  • Coordinate and ship product samples for customer evaluation.

  • Schedule and lead proposal and sample review meetings with customers.

  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support customer success.

  • Maintain accurate account records and sales activity.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

We're looking for professionals who possess:

  • Minimum of **2+ years of Inside Sales experience**

  • Minimum of **2+ years of B2B Account Management experience**

  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Consultative selling and solution-based sales approach

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred

Competitive base compensation based on your B2B sales and account management experience.

Performance Incentives:
