Customer Service Specialist (Temporary and Remote) Lingraphica

This role supports prospects and existing customers of Lingraphica, a company that provides speech-generating devices for people with communication impairments. The specialist handles non-product inquiries, resolves basic technical issues with apps, devices, and accounts, and communicates with customers by phone, email, and chat, escalating more complex problems to the right team. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of customer service experience, and comfort with Microsoft Office, VOIP, and Zoom. Strong communication skills and empathy are required, especially when assisting individuals with aphasia or other speech and language challenges. Experience with HubSpot or Spanish fluency is a plus. Candidates must reside in the USA. This is a temporary, fully remote position performed from a home office with reliable internet, requiring no travel.
