Work Environment\n

In this remote position, you will work from the comfort of your home while collaborating closely with a supportive team of fellow clinicians and healthcare professionals. Our virtual work environment enables flexibility and allows you to manage your schedule effectively, ensuring that you can provide the highest level of care to your clients. The role is structured around a standard Monday to Friday workweek from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you a consistent routine while balancing work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and informative virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with clients to design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address their unique goals and needs.

• Work in tandem with a remote multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Utilize assessment tools to perform diagnostic evaluations and develop effective treatment methodologies.

• Facilitate educational workshops and support groups to empower clients and family members in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals suffering from substance use disorders, along with the co-occurring mental health challenges that often accompany addiction. You will engage with a diverse clientele, focusing on their specific needs and helping them navigate the complexities of recovery. Your role will be essential in instilling hope and resilience in clients and their families during challenging times.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited program.

• Current and valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington State.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing targeted treatment plans.

• Commitment to providing ethical, inclusive, and client-centered care, with a focus on cultural competency.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
