Assistant Controller

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Controller to support day-to-day accounting operations and help drive financial accuracy, reporting, and process improvements across the organization. This role will partner closely with leadership and play a key part in managing the close process, overseeing accounting functions, and supporting overall financial strategy. Key Responsibilities Support and help lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP Review and improve accounting processes, controls, and workflows Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Manage and mentor junior accounting staff Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Assist with system improvements and process automation initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of progressive accounting experience Prior experience as a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience managing or mentoring junior team members Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications CPA preferred Experience in a marketing, advertising, or agency environment Exposure to project-based accounting or revenue recognition Experience with accounting systems and process improvements #J-18808-Ljbffr Entech Network Solutions, LLC.
