Assistant Service Advisor

Princeton BMW is looking for an Assistant Service Advisor to join their team and the Holman family!

The Assistant Service Advisor supports the Service Department by providing exceptional customer service, assisting Service Advisors with daily operations, and serving as a liaison between customers and technicians.

Job Duties:

• Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Communicate with customers in person and by phone to identify service needs and schedule appointments.
• Educate customers on recommended services and products using a consultative approach.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers, providing timely updates on vehicle status.
• Assist Service Advisors with administrative tasks, repair order management, and customer follow-up.
• Support service customers when their assigned advisor is unavailable.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Complete required company and dealership training programs.

Education & Training:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• 2+ years of administrative, customer service, retail, or related experience preferred.

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9A-6P

Regular Full-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $22.59 - $29.94 USD per hour.
