Chiropractic Office Manager

  • Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professional phone etiquette
  • Oversee multi-line phone systems, scheduling, and calendar management for staff
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Utilize office software to support administrative tasks
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events; maintain an organized calendar for team members
  • Handle customer support via phone, email, or in person; provide exceptional service to clients and visitors
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure operational efficiency
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks
  • Support administrative functions including typing correspondence, maintaining files
  • Ensure the office environment adheres to safety protocols and maintains a professional appearance
  • Insurance verification, data entry for billing
  • Ability to train employees on some of the above stated tasks
  • Understanding PIP, work comp, etc...
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles; clerical or medical receptionist experience is advantageous
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and strong phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred to assist diverse clients and staff members
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people, calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings efficiently
  • High level of computer literacy with familiarity in office management software and tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
