Location: NYC preferred / Remote considered About DwellSafe DwellSafe is a clinician-governed home safety platform built for the millions of people – older adults and those living with chronic mobility challenges – who want to stay safely in their homes. Health systems, payers, and value-based care organizations send their patients through a guided home scan, reviewed by a licensed occupational therapist, and get back a clinically grounded risk report with a clear path to action. Falls cost the US healthcare system over $80B a year, and most of that cost is preventable. We’re seed-funded, growing, and building the infrastructure layer that finally makes home risk something care teams can see, score, and act on. The Role We’re hiring a Partnerships Lead to work alongside the co-founders and own our partner relationships day to day – the health systems, payers, and insurers we work with. This is an early hire with real room to grow as the company does. What you’d be doing Be the point of contact our partners trust – through pilots, onboarding, implementation, and everything in between Run partner programs end to end: keep every commitment tracked, every follow-up delivered, every meeting worth their time Build the systems behind the partnerships – onboarding, status tracking, reporting cadences, internal tools Stay close to clinicians, partners, and patients, and turn what you hear into what we do next Wherever there’s a gap, fill it – this role flexes with what the company needs What we’re looking for 2-4 years somewhere demanding – healthcare ops, digital health, consulting, or an early-stage startup. Less experience is fine if you can show us the acumen and drive. You’ve been trusted with clients or accounts above your level, and delivered Healthcare-literate, or genuinely curious and willing to get fluent fast A strong writer – this role lives in email, and partners will judge us by yours High agency, strong instincts, gets things done without a lot of structure Location NYC-based preferred, with potential for remote for the right candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dwellsafe
