Step into a rewarding contract position supporting K-8th grade students as a full-time School Psychologist. As a key member of the student services team, you'll provide direct and consultative psychological services to students, families, and teachers—helping foster supportive, inclusive learning environments. This is a contract position for 40 hours per week. Only onsite candidates will be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Illinois
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Previous experience in a K-8 school setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability to conduct psycho-educational assessments, develop evidence-based interventions, and contribute to IEP/504 plans
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable working exclusively onsite

Core Responsibilities:

• Administer cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments
• Interpret assessment data and provide recommendations to support learning and success
• Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and eligibility determinations
• Consult with staff and parents regarding student concerns and best practices
• Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives
• Foster positive school climate and culture through advocacy and education
• Maintain accurate and confidential records
