Qualifications & Skills:

What You’ll Do:

• Assist classroom teachers by providing instructional support and helping maintain an organized, positive learning atmosphere
• Provide guidance and encouragement to students individually and in small groups
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) when needed
• Support students with assignments, activities, and behavior management strategies
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies and procedures
