Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, facilitating personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused interventions, and trauma-informed care techniques.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that align with each client's recovery goals, ensuring adaptive strategies that respond to their evolving needs.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure cohesive and coordinated client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
