Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and joint therapy sessions with couples and families, assessing their unique needs and dynamics.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans to address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol Abuse

• Physical/Psychological Abuse

• Grief and Loss Issues
\n
• Conflicts Among Family Members/Siblings
\n
• Cut-Offs Between Family Members
\n
• Job Stress
\n
• Medical Issues
\n
• Blended Families – Remarriage
\n
• Separation and Divorce
\n
• Adjustment to Separation and Divorce
\n
• Mother/Daughter Conflicts
\n
• Communication Difficulties
\n
\n
• Facilitating family sessions to enhance communication and resolve conflict, with the goal of building stronger family bonds.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential case records and progress notes according to organizational and legal standards.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Regularly participating in clinical meetings and training sessions to improve therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
