Our VERY fast paced 7 doctor veterinary practice is seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, outgoing, and professional Client Service Coordinator to join our team. Skills required: extremely detail oriented ability to handle a high stress pace excellent people skills experience in customer service and ideally veterinary reception mature, professional, hard-working personality and a positive, 'can-do' attitude to bring to our team environment Dependability, including consistent attendance and punctuality, is a must. A minimum of three years person-to-person reception experience and excellent phone skills are required; previous employment in a veterinary or medical clinic setting is preferred. Strong computer skills a must; experience with electronic medical records desired. We provide a supervised training program.
