Cadence is hiring a Registered Nurse to monitor patient vitals and alerts, triage inbound clinical calls, and manage patient care after normal business hours. This role sits at the center of Cadence's overnight and weekend care coverage, working with Nurse Practitioners and each patient's Physician to manage treatment plans and medication adherence for CHF, hypertension, and diabetes. The position offers overnight weekend hours (Thu-Sun 7:00 PM–7:00 AM ET) and is fully remote within the United #J-18808-Ljbffr Cadence
