Office Manager, West Hempstead, Long Island, NY A rapidly growing company providing security solutions for businesses is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office while providing direct support to the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our team and play an important role in the continued growth of the business. About the Role Are you an organized, hands‑on professional who enjoys keeping an office running efficiently? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where every day is different? Responsibilities Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the office Provide administrative support to the CEO Oversee calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling Process QuickBooks transactions and generate reports Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasksCoordinate office supplies, vendors, and facilities needs Organize company records, files, and documentation Support project coordination and special business initiatives Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members Help improve office processes and implement efficient administrative procedures Assist with general office management and business operations Qualifications 3+ years of Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Management experience Required Skills Experience with QuickBooks and payroll processing Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software Project coordination or project management experience is a plus A positive attitude, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving Preferred Skills Project coordination or project management experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Forthright Staffing
