Position Summary Our Newest Opportunity Provide professional level support for all People functions for the client in the areas of employment, benefits administration, compensation, policies and events. Essential Functions Support the employment process for the company. This includes scheduling interviews, managing background check process, immigration processes, drafting offer letters and on-boarding new hires. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and update as needed (with legal input and review). Manage company benefits and ensure compliance. Perform discrimination testing, send out annual notices, and maintain detailed reconciliation files. Work with employees to resolve benefits related issues. Evaluate and implement appropriate HR technology systems to support the People function. Build complete and compliant off-boarding process and conduct exit interviews as needed. Facilitate annual performance review process. Perform compensation analysis as needed. Ensure that relevant People files, documentation, and communications are current, complete, and comply with applicable laws. Keep current regarding competitive People practices. Develop and run appropriate employee engagement or morale building events. Work with management and legal counsel to ensure compliance with federal, state, county, and city employment laws and regulations (including wage and hour laws, leaves of absences, mandatory training, etc). Complete special projects as needed. Preferred Experience Experience planning, developing, implementing and administering People programs in employment, compensation and benefits. 5-8 years of experience in the field of People. Preferred Education BA in business, People, or related field. Preferred Additional Skills (i.e., Computer) Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate clear, concise communication, good judgment and discretion. Ability to facilitate interactions and resolve conflicts. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
