For the US office we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as a Accounting & Tax Specialist .

Position Overview

As a Accounting & Tax Specialist , you will be a vital member of our team, managing a variety of responsibilities across accounting tasks and back-office operations. Your primary role will be handling critical bookkeeping functions, including account reconciliation, invoice processing, and financial reporting, while also supporting day-to-day administrative and customer service needs. This is a hybrid position, with two days of presence required at our office in Hoboken, NJ.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of QuickBooks, Sales Taxes and Sage accounting software is required.
• Knowledge of Italian language mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
