Job Description The Front Desk Patient Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our healthcare facility, providing exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive patient experience by facilitating smooth operations and addressing patient needs promptly. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, maintaining eye contact upon entering the center. Exhibit friendliness and courtesy in interactions with patients and co‑workers. Efficiently manage patient check‑ins, appointment scheduling, and demographic verification. Collect co‑pays and handle financial transactions with accuracy. Adhere to HIPAA regulations for patient information confidentiality. Inform patients of any appointment delays and manage concerns with professionalism. Schedule and confirm follow‑up appointments. Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Maintain a clean, organized front office, ensuring all supplies are well‑stocked. Comply with all safety guidelines and policies. Qualifications 2 Years of experience in a receptionist role, preferably within a medical setting. EPIC — experience at the front desk. Proficient in phone etiquette and managing multiple lines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated self‑motivation and drive. Ability to effectively multitask in busy environments.
