Ideal Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Washington State

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine their functional abilities and develop individualized intervention plans
• Implement therapy sessions both individually and in groups to address fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and academic participation
• Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate results with multidisciplinary teams and parents
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support students’ educational goals
• Provide resources and strategies to educators and family members
