This is a contract position where you will manage the complete accounts payable cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Proficiency with generic accounting software and spreadsheet applications is essential. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment. Review, code, and enter vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency. Perform matching of invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents. Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in invoices or payments. Qualifications 3 years of experience in full-cycle accounts payable. Thorough understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles. Experience with generic accounting or ERP software. Proficiency in spreadsheet applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
