Senior AI/ML Software Engineer - Data Platforms

Salary: $120,100 - 214,500 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• We require 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications.
• We require 4+ years of experience working with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java/Spring Boot, Python, REST APIs, and SQL.
• We require at least 1 year of experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions in production.
• We require 2+ years of experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, AI agents, and AI application development.
• We require 4+ years of experience developing cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• We require 3+ years of experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
• We require 4+ years of experience with microservices, distributed systems, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and strong software engineering practices.
• We require excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Preferred experience includes healthcare, analytics, quality, patient safety, or reporting environments.
• Preferred experience includes Apache Superset, Power BI, embedded analytics, or self-service BI tools.
• Preferred experience includes LangChain, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or comparable AI frameworks.
• Preferred background includes technical leadership and mentoring engineers.

• We build scalable full-stack applications with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java/Spring Boot, Python, REST APIs, and SQL.
• We create intuitive user experiences, dashboards, reporting tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
• We expand self-service analytics, reporting, and data exploration capabilities.
• We develop applications that support quality, patient safety, benchmarking, insights, action management, and workflow automation.
• We integrate solutions with enterprise data platforms and cloud-native data ecosystems.
• We design and implement microservices, APIs, data models, and event-driven architectures.
• We apply engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security, and performance tuning.
• We partner with product, analytics, business, and platform teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• We provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and help shape architecture and technology decisions.
