Bilingual Documentation Specialist (English/Spanish)We are looking for a Bilingual Documentation Specialist (English/Spanish) to support our Documentation and Registration team. This role focuses on preparing, organizing, and tracking documents required for product registrations and international customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with computers and documents.Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $19/hour Location: On-site Employment Type: Temporary to PermanentResponsibilitiesPrepare and organize documentation needed for product registration and international dossiersCoordinate shipment of required documents and product samplesRequest official documents from U.S. government agencies (FDA, USDA, Department of Agriculture, etc.)Enter and update customer and product information in internal and external databasesSubmit documents for authentication through the Secretary of State and embassiesTrack registration status, shipments, and registration history for customers and productsMaintain accurate and organized records for all documents, samples, and certificationsCommunicate with customers and internal sales teams regarding documentation statusProvide feedback and suggestions to improve procedures (SOPs)Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisorQualificationsBachelor's degree in a Science-related field (preferred)1–3 years of related experience (preferred)Bilingual English/Spanish (required)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood customer service and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer systemsAbility to manage multiple documents and deadlines accurately 5TH HQ LLC
