Mercedes-Benz Certified Technician

Description

Let's get straight to it.

SimplyEuro is hiring a Mercedes-Benz Certified Technician for our Katy, TX location.

This isn't another independent shop trying to work on Mercedes with generic scan tools and YouTube videos.

We've built a shop specifically for technicians who want to diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles the right way.

Our team averages 200+ flagged hours per technician, every month. The shop runs efficiently because everyone, from our advisors to our leadership team, understands what it takes to support high-level technicians.

We're looking for someone who can confidently handle everything from advanced electrical diagnostics and CAN/LIN network issues to drivability concerns, ADAS calibrations, engine performance, suspension systems, transmission diagnostics, and the latest Mercedes-Benz technology.

Whether you're a Mercedes-Benz Certified Technician or well on your way there, we want to talk.

I know exactly where you are because I've lived it.

I was a Master Guild Audi technician before building SimplyEuro. I got tired of dealership politics, warranty headaches, and managers making decisions about repairs they didn't understand. We built our shops to eliminate that nonsense and give technicians the environment they deserve.

At SimplyEuro, technicians are trusted professionals, not parts changers.

You'll Have Everything You Need

If you've ever had to fight over scan tools, wait for subscriptions to renew, or improvise because the dealership wouldn't buy the right equipment, you'll appreciate what we've built.

You'll have access to:

• Mercedes-Benz XENTRY Diagnosis
• XENTRY Pass Thru and factory diagnostic software
• Current factory service information and wiring diagrams
• Mercedes-Benz factory repair procedures
• Factory coding, programming, and software updates
• OEM special service tools designed specifically for Mercedes-Benz repairs
• OEM-approved diagnostic equipment
• Modern alignment equipment and ADAS calibration capabilities
• Every lift, tool, and piece of shop equipment needed to perform repairs correctly

We invest heavily in tooling because we expect our technicians to fix vehicles correctly the first time.

No guessing.

No shortcuts.

No "figure it out with an aftermarket scan tool."

Our facility is fully air-conditioned, exceptionally clean, and designed by technicians, for technicians.

You're Never on Your Own

Even the best technicians run into challenging diagnostics.

That's why every technician at SimplyEuro is backed by Alloy Techs , our dedicated internal diagnostic and programming support team.

Equipped with factory-level European OEM diagnostic platforms, programming capabilities, and advanced remote support tools, Alloy Techs can assist with even the most complex drivability, electrical, network communication, and programming challenges.

That means less time chasing difficult problems, more confidence in your diagnosis, and the support you need to perform at the highest level. You're never left to figure it out alone.

What We Offer

• $50-$60 per flagged hour , plus production bonuses
• Monday-Friday schedule
• No weekends
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) with company match
• Paid Time Off and paid holidays
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for the right technician

If you don't live in Texas, we'll help you get here.

Why Technicians Choose SimplyEuro

We don't micromanage.

We don't play dealership politics.

We don't bury technicians in warranty administration.

We don't ask you to compromise repairs because someone wants to save thirty minutes.

Instead, we give great technicians everything they need to perform at the highest level and reward them for doing it.

We protect our culture.

If you're someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys solving difficult problems, helps your teammates, and wants to continue becoming one of the best Mercedes-Benz technicians in the industry, you'll fit right in.

If you're looking for excuses or want someone else to carry the load, this isn't the place for you.

I started my first shop with one lift in a storage shed after being told I'd never make it outside the dealership.

Today we've built one of the highest-performing European repair organizations in the country by doing one simple thing:

Taking care of our people and giving technicians the environment they deserve.

SimplyEuro isn't for everyone.

But if you're one of the best Mercedes-Benz technicians in the industry, it may be exactly what you've been looking for.

I look forward to meeting you.
