Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour

We're looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to build strong client relationships, manage customer accounts, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. If you enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and collaborating with internal teams, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.

• Serve as the primary point of contact from order placement through delivery.

• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate, on-time shipments.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and urgency.

• Resolve order issues, shipping concerns, inventory questions, and customer requests.

• Prepare quotes, pricing information, and product recommendations.

• Recommend new products and promotional opportunities that help customers grow their business.

• Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities to strengthen account relationships.

• Support outbound business development through phone, email, and social media outreach.

• Maintain accurate customer records and account information.

• Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service .

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple departments.

• Experience with apparel, promotional products, branding, or consumer products is a plus.
