Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, developing individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups using a variety of methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to all relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to craft and implement holistic treatment plans, joining forces with medical staff, social workers, and other therapists.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of clientele, ranging from children to adults, including families, couples, and individuals dealing with various psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of experience in counseling within a clinical context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, with annual earnings between $70,000 and $110,000, complemented by potential bonuses.
