Job Type Full-time, Non-Exempt Job Summary Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist at Bierman Autism Centers providing one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 2‑12 with autism or developmental delays. Candidates with an education or experience in psychology, social services, early education, behavior sciences, or childcare (daycare, preschool, DSP, nanny, babysitter). Passion for working with children is essential. Application Process Recruiters will contact candidates for a 30‑minute virtual interview, followed by an onsite interview and shadowing opportunity. Daily Responsibilities Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions with clients. Follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans. Collect and record data; write therapy notes. Communicate progress to parents/caregivers under BCBA guidance. Assist the BCBA with client materials. Attend required trainings to maintain functional and technical knowledge. Adhere to Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines. Pursue RBT certification if not already credentialed. Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment. Requirements Ability to lift and carry clients up to 30 lb and perform necessary physical tasks. Capacity to maintain various postures and perform manual tasks for extended periods. Competence in basic client care (feeding, diapering, toileting, dressing). Manual dexterity for data collection and documentation; visual acuity for reading written communication. Ability to operate computer equipment and input data into electronic systems. Basic medication administration knowledge. Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and be detail oriented. Flexibility, adaptability, professionalism, and integrity. Preferred Experience Experience working with children 2‑12 in childcare or educational settings. Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis principles. Salary $18.50‑$22.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
