Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented eCommerce Analyst with strong problem solving and communication skills to join our team in a full-time role. This role is responsible for maintaining online content, launching new products, monitoring inventory and pricing, responding to customer questions and reviews, and supporting the day-to-day needs of the company's retail accounts (such as Amazon, Best Buy and eBay) through timely reporting and internal/external issue resolution. The analyst will also support the achievement of product line sales and margin goals through market analysis, KPI monitoring, and data-driven recommendations that help expand market share and improve profitability.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analyze eCommerce sales, revenue, profitability, conversion rates, traffic, and product performance across digital sales channels.
• Support the achievement of product line sales goals and plans by identifying growth opportunities and tracking performance against targets.
• Support product line margin goals and plans by analyzing pricing, product cost, promotional, and channel profitability data and recommending improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and monitor KPIs to support strategic planning, business decisions, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory availability, and promotional performance across marketplaces such as Amazon, Best Buy and eBay.
• Identify sales trends, customer purchasing patterns, and opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and overall online performance.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and finance teams to align reporting and support business objectives.
• Create digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives and analyze performance data and return on investment.
• Monitor competitor pricing, marketplace activity, and industry trends to support pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
• Conduct market analysis to determine market share, trends in product growth and maturity, and new opportunities across eCommerce channels.
• Assist with sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory analysis to help maintain appropriate product availability.
• Identify data discrepancies, investigate performance issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and initiatives
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field or the equivalent in related work experience is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, eCommerce, or related roles is preferred

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
