Financial Reporting Manager

Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to support financial reporting and accounting activities across Central and South America, while also assisting the North America finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong financial reporting experience, international exposure, and the ability to work cross-functionally within a global organization. This position will primarily focus on financial reporting responsibilities for Central and South America (approximately 80% of the role), with additional support provided to North America operations. Spanish speaking ability is preferred due to regular interaction with international teams. What You’ll Do Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting for Central and South America operations Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Support consolidated reporting and compliance with company accounting policies Partner with international finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency Assist with variance analysis, forecasting support, and financial analytics Support internal and external audit requests Collaborate with the North America accounting and finance teams on reporting initiatives Maintain and improve financial reporting processes and controls Assist with ERP and reporting system initiatives as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of accounting and/or financial reporting experience Strong financial reporting and general ledger accounting background SAP experience highly preferred Spanish speaking ability preferred Strong Excel and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Milliner Talent Solutions
