The Executive Secretary plays a crucial role in supporting a single executive by managing administrative tasks that enable efficient day-to-day operations. This position involves handling calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining confidentiality while providing comprehensive office support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar efficiently
- Prepare and format documents and reports
- Coordinate meeting logistics and agendas
- Arrange travel plans and accommodations with occasional travel required
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Assist with Loan Creation and Management Processes
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Provide general office support to ensure smooth operations
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in administrative support roles
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field
