Communications Coordinator

Crestfield Talent is seeking an organized and creative Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications content scheduling company messaging and cross-team projects.

This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who writes clearly manages deadlines well and enjoys coordinating communication across different channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal and external communication initiatives
• Prepare and schedule email website and digital content
• Coordinate communication calendars and project deadlines
• Draft and edit announcements updates and business materials
• Organize presentations templates and communication assets
• Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams
• Maintain accurate communication files and documentation
• Support special campaigns events and company initiatives
• Track approvals and follow up on outstanding tasks

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Professional and dependable
• Previous communications marketing content or project coordination experience is preferred
