Work Environment\n

This remote role allows flexibility in work hours while primarily servicing clients through our Detox Center. As a member of our clinical team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for our clients, utilizing telehealth technologies and other resources to provide seamless therapy sessions and treatment plans from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health concerns, strengths, and areas for development.

• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Applying evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy in your practice.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and interventions to facilitate client progress.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and effective care.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and safety planning, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.
\n
• Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while also contributing to quality assurance measures.

• Leading psychoeducation classes and support groups to enhance community awareness and support wider mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position will be on clients seeking support through our Detox Center, many of whom may be managing addiction and other co-occurring mental health disorders. You will have the privilege of guiding them through recovery, promoting emotional resilience and stability.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• At least one year of experience providing mental health services, particularly in outpatient or hospital settings.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, treatment methodologies, and psychosocial assessment techniques.

• Exceptional communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
