WHAT WE OFFER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts while building long-term business relationships.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and market development activities.
• Increase customer retention, product penetration, sales volume, and profitability within assigned accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand evolving needs and provide solutions that create value.
• Present products, promotions, and recommendations that help customers achieve their business objectives.
• Analyze sales trends, growth opportunities, and competitor activity within the territory.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Partner with operations, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Represent Prime Meats professionally while upholding the company's mission, values, and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Food industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Business-minded professional with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organization, time management, and results-driven mindset.
