This is a supervisor position that requires prior Security Supervisor experience, and the ability to oversee a 7 man security team.What You'll Do:Patrol assigned interior/exterior areas by footMonitor surroundings and report suspicious activityRespond quickly to incidents in line with company policy and use-of-force guidelinesWrite detailed reports and maintain daily activity logs (DARs)Enforce site policies, post orders, and client rulesSupport customer service needs throughout the facilityStay informed on site-specific emergency protocolsSupervise a 7-man security teamOn site client liaisonTraining new employees and ongoing current staffWhat You Need:Current ACT 235 certificationSecurity Supervisor experiencePersonal firearm, level 2+ holster, and duty beltHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 1–3 years of Security Supervisor experience in securityLaw enforcement and/or military preferredStrong written communication for report writingReliable transportation to and from the siteAbility to pass a background checkEducation Requirements (All)GED or H.S.
