Infor M3 Support Consultant

Joining a global support team, the full-time Infor M3 Support Consultant will provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Infor M3 Supply Chain modules, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues while working remotely in the USA. Key responsibilities Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Infor M3 Supply Chain modules, ensuring timely resolution of tickets within defined SLAs Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Procurement, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Distribution modules Analyze existing business processes and implement functional workarounds or permanent fixes for system gaps Required qualifications 6+ years of functional experience in Infor M3 (v13.4, CloudSuite, or on-premises) Strong knowledge of M3 programs such as OIS100, OIS300, PPS200, MMS001, and MWS410 Basic understanding of how M3 Supply Chain interacts with Finance and Infor OS Proven ability to handle "Business Critical" incidents and perform root cause analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with international clients
