Roessel Joy
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws
- Experience developing and maintaining company handbooks (multi-state)
- Familiarity with the Mineral platform (the way we are putting our handbook together) preferably
- A solid understanding of HR compliance and employment laws across multiple states
- The ability to work independently and provide general HR support as needed
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HR Compliance and Employment Law
- 5+ years HR Experience
- Expereince with multistate handbooks
