Key Account Manager

Area or department: Accounts The position reports to: CEO, COO About the position: The Key Account Manager will drive strategic relationships with our clients, ensuring consistent delivery of value, performance, and long-term partnership growth. This role serves as the central link between our clients and internal teams, guaranteeing that every initiative meets business objectives. The ideal candidate combines sharp commercial acumen with a consultative approach, managing accounts, identifying new growth opportunities, and working closely with operations, marketing, and creative teams to ensure all deliverables are aligned with client expectations and executed to the highest standard. Responsibilities: Client Relationship & Strategy
- Serve as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams, leading with full autonomy and commitment.
- Build a deep understanding of each key client's needs, challenges, and strategic priorities with a strong focus on relationship management, solution development, and proactive communication.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, goals, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure that processes and deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.
- Ensure rigorous quality control across all deliverables and maintain high standards across project outputs.
- Keep our clients happy by helping them improve the quality and depth of their communication and their organization.
- Enable new good causes organizations in Italy and the Vatican to access and benefit from the agency's services.
- Manage digital, creative and PR, international, multi-language, and multi-platform communication projects, ensuring seamless execution across all stages.
- Develop new strategic communication initiatives aligned with client objectives and new emerging opportunities.
- Lead high-performance teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and outstanding delivery.
- 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Services, or Strategic Communications roles, preferably in digital or multinational environments.
- Solid background in institutional communication, media, and public relations, creative or digital marketing.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- This role is for a quality-freak, hands-on problem solver with an eye for detail. A perfectionist who is driven by perseverance in the little things -because love and care are acts of heroism
