Job Title: Studio Operations Coordinator

Location: Santa Monica

Duration: 5+ months

Summary

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support studio operations in a fast-paced production

environment, helping coordinate day-to-day activities, events, and scheduling to ensure smooth

execution. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support both planned and on-

the-ground needs, including events, logistics, and general studio readiness.

This position requires strong organization, time management, and efficiency, along with the ability to

prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment where needs and timelines can shift quickly. The ideal

candidate is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to respond quickly while maintaining operational

clarity and consistency across multiple work streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain studio Operations calendar.

• Coordinate studio tour scheduling, planning & execution

• Work with Apple Travel & Fitness+ trainers to accommodate travel bookings

• Coordinate, plan and execute on-site activities / events and off-site activities / events

• Assist with basic maintenance of internal documentation & meeting notes

• Assist in management of day to day facility operations

• Additional duties as appropriate
