Human Health Project (HHP) is a holistic health literacy charity. Our mission is to improve the health of the underserved and vulnerable through holistic information, education and advocacy. Our objective is to empower people to manage their own health with improved outcomes and no medical errors. Volunteer Success & Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a Volunteer Success & Operations Coordinator to help onboard, support, and retain this growing global team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead volunteer onboarding and orientation
- Maintain volunteer role descriptions and update needs across teams
- Match volunteers to the right teams based on skills & availability
- Support leads in scheduling, communication, and workflows
- Track engagement and help create a positive volunteer experience
- Organize recognition, appreciation, and retention efforts
