Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive food and beverage management experience, preferably in a private club, country club, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve operational efficiency. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. Experience with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
