ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Outbound Sales Performance Leader to lead TTC's growing outbound sales function. Reporting to the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the leadership, coaching, and development of a team of Outbound Sales Specialists.

This role combines people leadership, sales performance management, and strategic execution. You will be responsible for optimizing outbound sales programs, improving conversion rates, ensuring operational excellence, and partnering across Marketing, Contact Center, Training, QA, Workforce Management, and Enablement teams to deliver measurable business results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead and develop a team of Outbound Sales Specialists to achieve revenue, conversion, and productivity goals.
• Coach team members through call reviews, performance discussions, and ongoing skill development.
• Monitor key sales metrics including contact rates, conversion rates, revenue attainment, productivity, and funnel performance.
• Use data and performance insights to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and improve results.
• Drive execution of outbound sales programs including high-intent leads, past guest campaigns, abandoned carts, and customer reactivation initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong performance management and accountability practices.
• Partner closely with Marketing and Contact Center leadership to maximize lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development as the outbound sales team continues to grow.
• Recommend and implement improvements to processes, workflows, scripts, and sales practices.
• Help shape and scale TTC's outbound sales capability by contributing operational insights and best practices.

ABOUT YOU

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years of outbound sales experience within a sales contact center, business development, or similarly target-driven environment.
• Previous people leadership experience with responsibility for coaching, performance management, and team results.
• Experience managing against measurable revenue, sales, conversion, or productivity targets.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies, lead management, and sales funnel performance.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and reporting to drive performance improvements.
• Experience coaching consultative selling, objection handling, and conversion techniques.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally to achieve broader business objectives.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience leading outbound sales, inside sales, business development, or contact center sales teams.
• Experience building, launching, or scaling new sales programs or capabilities.
• Experience with marketing-generated leads, lead nurturing, customer reactivation, or abandoned cart programs.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or another high-consideration consumer sales environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Genesys, or similar CRM/contact center technologies.
