Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Mon Fri days; flexible hours/weekends during Aug Dec peak season
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse, shipping, inventory, and distribution operations across a large food manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead warehouse supervisors, team leads, forklift operators, and warehouse staff.
Manage outbound shipping, trucking, rail activity, and daily warehouse operations.
Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, lot tracking, and WMS/shipping systems.
Improve warehouse layout, storage capacity, product flow, and productivity.
Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Transportation teams.
Ensure warehouse safety, GMP/food safety, housekeeping, and compliance.
Monitor labor, inventory, service, and safety KPIs and drive improvements.

Requirements:
3 5+ years of warehouse/operations management experience.
Experience leading supervisors and frontline warehouse teams.
Strong background in shipping, inventory control, and warehouse systems.
Manufacturing, food, CPG, packaging, or temperature-controlled experience preferred.
Ability to work onsite and support flexible schedules during peak season.
