You will be the Procurement Representative Asc. for the Advanced Threat Warning Systems program. Our team is responsible for procurement and supply-chain management to ensure timely delivery of critical hardware.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Procurement Representative Asc., you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities supporting the Advanced Threat Warning Systems program.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage status, expedite, and coordinate parts and hardware deliveries to meet program schedules.
• Forecast 120-day delivery needs and develop proactive strategies to mitigate manufacturing impacts.
• Resolve supplier and engineering issues, ensuring compliance with quality and technical requirements.
• Prepare and present senior-level briefings on shortages, delays, and recovery plans, including deck creation.
• Place purchase orders promptly and monitor expediting efforts to guarantee on-time receipt.
