Pay: $45-80/hr Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life & disability insurance Paid time off Continuing education & professional development Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: In person Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of children's physical conditions and functional abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Utilize effective, up-to-date therapeutic techniques Provide education to families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and home strategies Monitor progress and adjust plans to support optimal outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care Stay current on physical therapy best practices and pediatric development Requirements A fun, playful personality to engage children Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degreeor equivalent Pediatric experience preferred Excellent communication skills with children, families, and team members Ability to work independently and collaboratively Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical care #J-18808-Ljbffr
