Work Environment

This position is strictly onsite at our rehabilitation center in Warwick, offering an engaging and collaborative workspace. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations, employing the latest assessment tools to design tailored treatment plans.
• Manage a steady daily caseload of approximately seven patients, ensuring each individual receives dedicated attention and care for optimal recovery.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modality applications, to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients about their conditions, the importance of rehabilitation exercises, and preventive care strategies to maintain long-term health.
• Document patient progress comprehensively in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring up-to-date communication with team members.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to enhance recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse patient population includes individuals of all ages, from young athletes to older adults experiencing age-related challenges. In this role, you will develop and implement individualized therapy plans, addressing each patient's unique needs and goals.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New York.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A minimum of two years' experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is essential to ensure familiarity with clinic workflows and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with orthopedic patients is highly desirable, with a strong foundation in rehabilitation protocols.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and rehabilitation software will be advantageous for efficient documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
